During times of high order volume (pre-order fulfillment, after sales, and during holidays) it may take us longer to get orders out the door.
A tracking number will be provided to the email on file once the order has been shipped. For domestic USA orders it will take 1 business day to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on the shipping method. For International orders (OPEN SOON) it may take 21 days or more.

I preordered this plushie a while back, and he was well worth the wait! Nacho is a very adorable, high quality plush. :)
I got Nacho a couple days before Christmas and even though he’s goofier than originally designed I still love him. He’s very soft which is nice. I was surprised he came vacuum sealed though since I’m used to getting boxes, but squishing him around got him to look pretty normal again. I do hope in the future they make the original design they intended, then I can get my goofy Nacho a twin sibling lol He’s also a little top heavy so I had to hold him upright, don’t mind the hearts covering my hand haha
My little baby boy landed in the uk just before xmas and got to me this morning, and he is absolutely p e r f e c t!! Though his journey was long and he was a little smushed in transit, it was nothing a good snuggle couldn’t fix, and now he’s in his proper shape! This lil dragon is *so* soft, with almost a super soft wooly texture. He can stand on his own without toppling over, even though his noggin is delightfully oversized. He has the sweetest little face - and my little fella has one wonky horn, but it only adds to his charm. Welcome home, Salsa!
I pre-ordered my nacho at the beginning of the year because it's the year of the dragon, which is my Chinese zodiac, and I knew 2024 was going to be my year. I was right! This year has been amazing, and now that I have my nacho, he's the cherry on top of a beautiful year. He is so adorable and soft and I hugged him for 10 minutes as soon as I opened him. He's a special guy! I love him.
the peluche is perfect. I renamed her in tatsu, like a dragon in japanese. she is SO soft and comfy, the peluche are SO big but I love her greatness.
fur is soft and fluffy, and the padding makes it perfect to hold under your arm when going to sleep. It might be a bit big for a child at bedtime, but it’s truly wonderful. The material and craftsmanship are top-notch. I only regret that it took two weeks to arrive—it was hard to wait.
