The outfits will become available in game between the end of the Alpha Testing period and the final release of the game. Waiting until after the Alpha Testing period to add the exclusives will help ensure smooth delivery of the items, and a stable testing environment with a priority on gameplay quality!
We're also adding this outfit for free for everyone who backed the Island Skies Kickstarter! (No action is needed on your part to claim these exclusives, and we'll add one set per game copy in the pledge). For more info this, check out this update!
Also, the hair is still a work in progress! We're still working on our hair materials and workflow, so stay tuned for updates!

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to leave our warehouse.
During times of high order volume (pre-order fulfillment, after sales, and during holidays) it may take us longer to get orders out the door.
A tracking number will be provided to the email on file once the order has been shipped. For domestic USA orders it will take 1 business day to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on the shipping method. For International orders (OPEN SOON) it may take 21 days or more.
