COVID-19 DELAYS

Due to COVID-19, global shipping has significantly slowed down and there are countries that are not accepting international packages so please check with your local post office! Every part of the process has slowed down, and at times it can be unpredictable. We apologize for any delays, but in many cases there is nothing we can do. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally for all in stock items! Unfortunately, we are not shipping internationally for current pre-orders due to the unpredictability of international shipping costs.

 

Do you ship orders to the EU? If so, how will orders to the EU be shipped?
 
Yes, we ship to the EU for all in stock items! To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the EU €150 and Under.

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship from California, USA.

 

How quickly will you ship my order?

If it’s not a pre-order, your order will be processed as soon as we can, usually within 5 days. If your order contains a pre-order item, the whole order will ship once all the pre-order items are in stock! Estimated dates for pre-order arrivals are noted on the product pages.

 

Are the plushies limited?

We will occasionally have limited edition PuffPals but we try to keep everything in stock and will be restocking if they're sold out.

 

How can I be notified of the status of my order?

You will receive confirmation emails when you place your order and an email with tracking info when we ship your order! Sign up for email notifications to receive additional updates!

 

Can I choose a different shipping method?

We’ll choose the best carrier depending on your area! We ship via USPS and UPS, and use Passport shipping for our international orders.

 

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will be sent an email with tracking information! If you haven't received it, check your spam folder!

 

Can I change my address on an order I’ve already placed?

Email us at info@fluffnest.com if you need to change your address! However, if you have already gotten a shipping notification for the order or if the order has already processed, and there’s nothing we can do.

 

I’m excited about a future project, when will it launch?

With any new project there are a lot of variables, so if we haven’t posted any dates or times, it’s because we don’t know what they are either! Check out our social media for more frequent updates!
