A tracking number will be provided to the email on file once the order has been shipped. For domestic USA orders it will take 1 business day to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on the shipping method. For International orders (OPEN SOON) it may take 21 days or more.

May is everything I imagined and would be. She's much fluffier in person but she's perfect, especially since I've been wanting a puffpul for forever.
ordered this as a valentine's day gift to surprise my boyfriend with soon (because he mentioned like a year ago that this was his favorite of the plushies so i hope he remembers) :))
I'm ngl i panicked a bit because it didn't arrive when I first ordered it though it was marked as delivered so I sent an email and got a response right away and got another shipped out to me, I finally got her yesterday!! Y'all are so nice and she's adorable, tysm!! :D
I got both the mini and the keychain and I adore them both. The mini version is a fluffier fuzzy fabric while the keychain has a sort of shorter fur. Both are very cute and I bring the keychain with me everywhere I go
I never received my package. When I placed my order with shop, my account was hacked days later and multiple gift cards were purchased under my name. When I contacted customer service about my order, I was told it was already delivered.
