During times of high order volume (pre-order fulfillment, after sales, and during holidays) it may take us longer to get orders out the door.
A tracking number will be provided to the email on file once the order has been shipped. For domestic USA orders it will take 1 business day to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on the shipping method. For International orders (OPEN SOON) it may take 21 days or more.

Giant, I have all the others except the buff bee. The quality is the best and I love them
I had a sleepover the day it came and it was the last pillow left so i used it for the night. Once i woke up, everyone asked if i was okay because i violently choked throughout the night and stopped breathing twice. This is because i usually sleep with 2 flat pillows to even out my neck and Mega May The Bee tilted me at a 60° angle. Still real soft, tho! I love this lil' guy! I'm a dog owner, so everything i love already tries to kill me, so i'm glad MeMay could join the team!
